We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and maintaining customer relationships. **Responsibilities:** + Handle customer inquiries + Driving to Customer locations on-site + Provide information about our services + Document and update customer records based on interactions + Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in customer service, sales, along with safe driving skills + Ability to build rapport with clients + Ability to prioritize and multitask + Comfortable with face-to-face meetings + Positive and professional demeanor + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Familiarity with CRM platforms + Driving within a territory, home nights and weekends + Using your own vehicle, driving to specific locations FULL TIME – Travel within territory **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
