Coordinate and track internal operations for nuclear projects at the Wuqing Plant, organize and manage customer inspections and witness tests.
Facilitate internal project management between production and project teams to align production plans with customer requirements. Drive process optimization, resource coordination, and issue resolution to enhance delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cross-departmental collaboration.
1. Production Support & Customer Demand Alignment
Analyze production demands and adjust production schedules accordingly.
Monitor production progress, identify delivery risks, and develop contingency plans.
2. Internal Project Management
Lead production improvement projects (e.g., process optimization, cost control), including planning and execution oversight.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources (production, procurement, logistics, PM teams) to ensure on-time project delivery.
3. Production Issue Resolution
Rapidly address production anomalies (e.g., material shortages, equipment failures) by collaborating with technical and maintenance teams.
Develop a case database for recurring issues and implement standardized solutions.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Track KPIs (on-time delivery rate, client complaint rate) and generate analytical reports.
Identify production bottlenecks through data analysis and propose optimization strategies.
5. Customer Service Support
Assist PM teams in resolving complex client complaints (e.g., quality disputes) by providing root cause analysis and improvement plans.
Prepare for customer audits to ensure compliance with production standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: 3+ years in production planning, project management, or manufacturing client service coordination. Familiarity with lean production, ERP/MES systems, and cross-department collaboration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). Fluent spoken English.
Operational Awareness: Acute sensitivity to on-site production issues with rapid response and root cause identification capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation is preferred.
PMP, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certifications are welcomed
