Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction by working closely with customer, product line quality team and other related functions.Provide on-site supports to OEM customerProvide on-site quick analysis for any fail case in customer plantCoordinate sorting works in customer plant and customer’s warehouseCoordinate bad parts replacement and return with customer and plantKeep daily communication with customer for any comments on products and process and feed it back to plant for continuous improvementNot only coordinate for overall customer satisfaction by working closely with customer, product line quality team and other related functions.Coordinate and communicate with customer for avoiding delivery risk with other related functionsCoordinate to provide customer product /service solution with other related functionsListen customer voice and connecting with customer for any comments on products, process and service and feed it back to plant for continuous improvement and calming customer’s noise down
