Customer Relationship Manager
**Description** Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified **Customer Relationship Manager** to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. **Responsibilities:** + Develops and manages portfolio investment strategies, ensuring alignment with their financial goals, risk tolerance, and reducing technical debt. + Monitors investment performance provides advice on asset allocation and prepares reports and presentations for clients. + Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for large-scale federal IT initiatives, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out. + Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including system engineers, cybersecurity specialists, acquisition personnel, and integrators. + Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies (e.g., FAR/DFARS, DoDI 5000 series) and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., RMF, Zero Trust). + Develop and maintain project artifacts, such as integrated master schedules (IMS), risk registers, charters, status reports, and spend plans. + Coordinate vendor and OEM delivery performance in alignment with SLAs and mission milestones. + Facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular briefings, performance reviews, and earned value management (EVM) reporting. + Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and programmatic risks across project portfolios. + Support strategic investment planning and alignment with CIO priorities, cybersecurity mandates, and IT modernization roadmaps. + Proficient in Project Tools: MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow. + Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments **Qualifications** **Required:** + 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS **Desired:** + Master’s Degree in IT Management or Systems Engineering, or related discipline. **Certification:** + PMP + IAM III **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
