Roles and Responsibilities: CRE

 

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & First Impressions

Greeting visitors, tenants, and clients professionallyManaging visitor sign-in processes and security protocolsCreating a welcoming environment as the "face" of the property

Administrative Support

Answering and directing phone callsManaging mail and package deliveriesScheduling meeting rooms and facilitiesMaintaining reception area appearance and organization

Tenant Services

Processing maintenance requestsResponding to tenant inquiries and concernsFacilitating communication between tenants and property managementProviding information about building services and amenities

Security Coordination

Monitoring visitor access and credentialsEnforcing building security protocolsCoordinating with security personnelManaging emergency procedures when necessary

Communication Hub

Relaying messages to appropriate staff membersDistributing tenant communications and building noticesServing as the central information point for the property

 

Qualifications

Candidates need to have a relevant educational background in hospitality with min 3-4 years of work experience OR  4-5 years of experience in Client/customer service facing roles.Good Communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language is a mustWillingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends and holidays is an added advantageBasic understanding of operating computers, mobile application, Visitor and complaint management tools / applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is also preferred.
