(Reception & Administration)Professional and personable Relationship Executive to join our team. This role combines reception duties with administrative tasks, requiring excellent customer service skills and basic proficiency in office software. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, managing front desk operations while supporting various administrative functions.

Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional mannerManage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondenceDirect visitors and schedule appointments as neededMaintain a clean and organized reception areaAdministrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparationAssist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping activitiesManage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessarySupport other departments with various administrative tasks as requiredCustomer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and visitorsAddress and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely mannerCollaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer serviceData Management:
Enter and update customer information in databasesCreate and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelGenerate reports and assist with basic data analysisQualifications:
