As an Customer Relations Specialist at MKS, you will partner with Service, Sales and USA factory to support post-sales service related activities for customers in SEA region. In this role, you will report to the Regional Service Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Be a primary liaison for customers for service requests
• Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service personnel to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
• Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges
• Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
• Handle part import/export process for parts/RMA shipments
Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of related experience
• Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and local language(s). Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Customer oriented with good service-minded attitude, ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
Preferred Skills: (Optional)
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Chinese language ability is a plus
• Experience in semi-conductor or PCB industry preferred
