Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and research prospective client companies within the Wichita Falls market that have staffing needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new leads and secure new business accounts.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to introduce our staffing services to potential clients.
- Present compelling proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Attend local networking events, chambers of commerce meetings, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services with current clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date on local labor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities in Wichita Falls.
- Utilize market knowledge to effectively position our services and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruiting team to understand candidate availability and skill sets to effectively match talent with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of the Wichita Falls business landscape is a significant plus.

- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in staffing, sales, or a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
