Description We are looking for a meticulous Customer Relations Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting operational processes and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Produce accurate and timely copy work while ensuring proper service delivery to relevant parties. • Review payment records to identify duplicates and reassign claims as needed. • Draft and prepare well-crafted correspondence, including outgoing mail, in compliance with postal service requirements. • Monitor office inventory, prepare monthly supply orders, and ensure resources are adequately stocked. • Collaborate with adjusters and medical professionals to transition injured workers to new primary treating physicians. • Communicate proactively with supervisors to address workflow issues that may impact claims, customers, or company operations. • Respond promptly to requests from internal and external stakeholders, providing effective solutions with minimal supervision. • Perform general administrative support tasks as required to maintain smooth operations. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and project timelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a customer service role. • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently. • Familiarity with claim administration processes and procedures. • Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to meet organizational objectives. • Commitment to adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
