Responsibilities:Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.Manage and enhance the overall customer experienceHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionallyProvide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service deliveryDevelop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retentionMonitor customer feedback and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvementTrain and support team members on customer service best practicesMaintain dealership standards for communication, professionalism, and customer careQualifications:Excellent time management skills.Available on SaturdaysProven experience in customer relations, preferably in the automotive or service industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution experienceAbility to multitask and manage a dynamic workloadProficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteA passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationshipsWe offer best-in-class industry benefits:
