Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Plan and execute product and process audits in accordance with IATF and VDA standardsEnsure quality control plans and relevant documentation are implemented and maintainedSupport and respond to customer audits, including pre-audit readiness and post-audit follow-upTrack and resolve internal and external quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsParticipate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEAsMaintain and continuously improve internal quality systems and documentationContribute to quality-related continuous improvement activities across the production processRespond quickly and effectively to customer complaints, ensuring containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions are completedSupport training and awareness of audit procedures and quality standards across departments

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive quality or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific requirementsCertified Internal Auditor (IATF/VDA) preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
