• Support Visteon continuous improvement initiatives aimed at making Visteon products and processes ever more effective and efficient such as: Six-Sigma Projects, Kaizen workshops and other plant initiatives.
• Lead the submission of the sample approval process as per VPDS and VBOS and also coordinate PPAP submission to the customer on running changes.
• Oversee Customer Quality activities and adherence to company policy. Promoting unlocking companies' roadblocks to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
• Monitors customer satisfaction using customer portal scorecards or other applicable defined indicators defined on VBOS.
• Escalate emerging issues on customer / product quality performance to functional groups and evaluate further potential risk and actions to protect the customer.
