As Customer quality Engineer, you will have a key role in APTIV Quality department as the first interface with customers ensuring the customers requirements related to quality complaints while improving customers satisfaction.

Your Role:
Be the voice of Customer inside multidisciplinary team and representing Aptiv in front of customerReacting with urgency with customersPreparing and submitting the 3D & 8D report in timeOwning Customer required documentations in Customer B2B portalsManaging Quality complaints, internally following up implementation of action plan and externally ensured keeping the scorecard green.Having quality risk oriented mindset, looking for improvements of existing quality processes and proceduresYour Background:
