What you can look forward to as Customer Quality and Warranty Engineer:

 

Manage and respond to customer complaints, quality alerts, and warranty claims in a timely and effective manner. Monitor customer portals daily to track performance metrics, complaints, and quality requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and resolve quality issues. Approve material returns and credit notes, ensuring accurate SAP entries and documentation. Support audits and customer visits, ensuring compliance with quality systems like IATF-16949 and BIQS. Maintain and update internal systems with customer quality data, reports, and KPIs. Assist resident engineers with logistics, tools, and internal communications to streamline field operations. Participate in new product launches and ensure alignment with APQP and MPOK requirements.

 

 

Your Profile as Customer Quality and Warranty Engineer

 

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with a specialization in Quality. Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Customer Quality, or Warranty Management. Proficient in GD&T, Core Tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP), and SAP. Strong knowledge of IATF-16949 and customer-specific quality systems (GM, Stellantis, Ford, ZF). Skilled in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa. Advanced English proficiency; German is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a passion for continuous learning. Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a hybrid (occasional home office) model.
