Title: Customer Project Manager
Location: Belgrade
As the single point of contact between the supply chain and Sales team, the Customer Project Managers maintains proactive communication and interaction with all stakeholders regarding order fulfillment. He/she contacts the appropriate employees directly on any matters regarding queries, problems, change decisions, or required information. He/she is responsible for all day-to-day activities within order management. This individual would be self-motivated without supervision, with great attention to detail, and willing to go above and beyond what is asked.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Maintain accuracy of the Promised date on customer orders to ensure proper sourcing and customer deliveryRestructure orders to generate staging configurations on orders that require stagingEnsure Promise Dates are maintained to meet Customer’s expectationsInterfaces with the Buyer to address supply and delivery exceptions that may interfere with the on-time or complete delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer sales orderMonitors inventory levels to assure material will be available and aligned properly to meet customer delivery requirementsReviews excess inventory for rework and product substitutionProvide updates to management on potential risks or issuesCore Competencies

Associate degree and/or 4 years of similar work experience in Order FulfilmentPrefer a candidate with at least 4 years of experience with ERP. Applicant should have 4 years of experience in a customer facing, customer service role.Balancing a variety of stakeholder needs and expectationsDealing with organizational influences, ambiguity and continuous changeSelf-motivated with ability to work unsupervisedProficiency in Microsoft applications, especially ExcelGood written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
