Opportunity Overview + Account management and build up good relationship with customer. + Understand customer needs as well as their production problems and provide prompt consulting. + Follow up with customers and inter-department on technical issue tracking and case escalation. + Provide Test Program Development and NPI support to customer. + Provide on-site support as well as customer training, knowledge sharing & workshop presentation. Technical Requirements: + Familiar with ATEs and production environment. + Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills. + Knowledge of Load board schematics design and layout. + Knowledge of IC test theory. + Device correlation and test program release experience. + Driver and UI knowledge. Basic Requirements: + Bachelor degree or above in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronic, communication, microwave; above 2 years working experience. + Knowledge of VB, Windows NT, C, C+ + + Knowledge of Digital and Analog Fundamentals + Experience of IC Design or ATE is Preferred + Logical thinking + Business Travel requirement + Can work under pressure + Eager to new challenge, hunger for new technology + Strong English and Mandarin Communication Skills + Strong Interpersonal Skills and Problem-Solving Skills + Good at Teamwork + Self-starter with positive and optimistic manner.
