Opportunity Overview
Teradyne is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Israel. This role involves providing technical support and service for Teradyne systems at customer sites and Teradyne offices, both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
+ Delivering technical support to customers and field teams, either on-site or via phone and email.
+ Installing new test systems and performing system upgrades, including hardware options and software enhancements.
+ Diagnosing and repairing system issues at customer locations.
+ Providing remote troubleshooting and repair assistance.
+ Demonstrating flexibility and availability for frequent travel, often on short notice.

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems.
+ Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset.
+ A university degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
+ A proactive and responsible attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
+ A methodical and structured approach to problem-solving.
+ Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous technical learning and development.
+ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
+ A valid driver’s license is required.
