This role is integral part of bringing leading edge technology into the Services organization through deploying robotics process automation and automating tasks that employees perform every day, thus leading towards Future of Work._ Key areas of responsibility: + Analyzes business processes and identifies RPA opportunities + Actively participates in the engineering community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices and sharing insights with others in the organization + Analyzes RPA solutions based on customer requirements and suggests the best solution + Handles end-to-end development, including coding, testing, and debugging during each cycle + Creates and maintains solution documentation, both for end-users and internal reference + Supports automated solutions responds to user help requests, troubleshoot issues, conducts root cause analysis, and enhances tools to avoid future issues + Works and develops automated solutions in RPA frameworks and other automation frameworks and scripting languages. + Develops software solutions using the major programming languages (ex.
