The Customer & Partner Engagement Manager (CPEM) is a strategic connector and trusted advisor, responsible for driving executive engagement, communications, and event support across the Professional Services organization. This role blends high-impact customer and partner interactions with operational excellence, ensuring the Regional Vice President (RVP) is fully prepared, engagements are meaningful, and organization-wide communications are clear and effective.
