Supply Network Operations Planners are vital to the success of our business at P&G. From Day 1, you will be accountable for being responsible for your own projects, working with teams to generate new ideas and implementing changes; as well as being accountable for results.

The Customer Order/Transportation Process Leader drives P&G and Customer Value Creation by identifying and leading One Supply Solutions in the Order Management & Transportation space. This person executes strategies in partnership with Customer Teams to provide excellent customer service, providing first-level escalation for any and all Customer issues within scope. This person owns the relationship with the Order Management, Track, Trace and Recover and Customer Supply Chain teams

Job Qualifications

Education:Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:0-10 (+) years of experience.Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills are required to be successful in this role. Demonstrated leadership ability to deliver/drive work process, system improvements and/or enhancements which eliminate loss. Attention to detail and an ability to "dig into" results to drive to improvement is a must. Strategic Thinking is also required as this person will need to continually absorb and analyze information and help the team make better decisions.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment. Ability to work effectively and virtually within a diverse organization and across various levels and locations.Outstanding commitment to deliver best in class Customer Service including proactive communication, high levels of responsiveness and a willingness to build partnerships with Customer Supply Chain team and customer to meet business and customer needs. This person needs to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of internal/external customers and suppliers.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $53,800 - $74,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
