Job Description

As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

Manage Orders: Efficiently handle incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for booking and allocation.

Collaborate: Work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Product Managers to streamline order processing.

Verify Details: Ensure all components of customer orders are correctly listed and accounted for, including parts from factories and third-party suppliers.

Gather Information: Collect missing order information from sales specialists to ensure all necessary details are obtained.

Support Logistics: Assist in logistics activities to ensure the timely delivery of equipment according to customer expectations.

You're the right fit if:

University degree

Previous experience in Supply Chain will be a plus

Knowledge of logistics/supply chain will be a strong asset

Fluent in French and very good English verbal and written

Knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Cultural awareness and proactive behavior

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
