Your Role as Order Maestro will be responsible for creating offers and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Your role:

Become the orchestrator of customer orders, where your attention to detail transforms systems, options, and upgrades into perfectly booked masterpieces.Partner proactively with account managers, project managers, product managers, and various stakeholders to ensure each case is harmoniously prepared for its journey through the supply chain. Guarantee that every component of customer orders is accurately listed, leaving no piece out of place and ensuring smooth executions.Craft clear, customer-centric communications within the team, making sure everyone is on the same wavelength—and the customers feel valued and understood.Dive into the dynamic world of SAP, using it as your canvas to streamline processes and create order management magic.

You're the right fit if:

You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, or logistics.

Your English is at a C1 level.

You are an excellent problem solver and have strong organizational skills.

You are a team player and have strong communication skills.

Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

You can be in the office in Lodz 3 times a week
