Customer Order Specialist

As a **Customer Order Specialist** , you will manage and monitor the end-to-end sales order flow, focusing on handling exceptions within your EMEA team.
**Your role includes:**
+ Creating orders in SAP MP1 using the correct sales order/contract type
+ Monitoring Handshake cases from the DMS tool (order received)
+ Creating chapters/phases in the sales order based on the split received in the Bob Quote
+ Processing invoices for order according to company procedures, based on customer acceptance documents
+ Providing the required documentation to auditors
**You're the right fit if you:**
+ Have **2 years of experience** in a matrix organization, within **Order Management** role or Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service
+ Possess good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results
+ Can prioritize your work and have strong attention to detail
+ Are proficient in **English** ( **C1 level** ) - French language would be an asset
+ Have working knowledge of **SAP** or/and **Salesforce**
