In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensuring the timely and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system Checking trade compliance issues for each order Generating order acknowledgements Keep a close contact with internal or external customers, Sales Office to give updates of any delays and problems Keeping the Sales Office informed at all times about all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders Providing constant status updates to European Sales Offices Following up on orders to make sure they are produced, shipped and delivered efficiently

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree Proficient in French and English (verbal and written)  PC skills: MS Office

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

1-year experience in order handling, customer service or similar Knowledge and/or previous experience in using ERP/MRP systems
