**In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be:**
+ To accurately and timely enter assigned orders into the ERP system;
+ To manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and address any issues reported by them;
+ To maintain communication via email with internal/external clients to ensure that order information is managed correctly;
+ To submit the necessary documentation to the Documentation Controlling department and ensure that the documentation is delivered to the client on time and is complete;
+ To perform data management activities within the system;
+ To prepare, when necessary, documents for inspections.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ University degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of professional working experience in an administrative or customer support;
+ Languages: **English** advanced level
+ PC skills: MS Office, Internet
+ Ability to organize workload and multitasking
+ Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software
+ Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities
+ Previous experience in a matrix organization;
