Are you the next Customer Operations Specialist we are looking for?

You will support the Directors of Sales (DOS) and Customer Success Management (CSM) Teams with administrative support for customer needs.

You will help liaise with other internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and DOS/CSMs are provided with the information needed to service, sell to and retain our customers.                                                                                                                                                        

In this role you will:

Coordinate and provide information internally regarding customer invoice/billing questions.

Create and automate reporting and dashboards for internal sales/customer success teams to measure success/areas of opportunity.

Help ensure teams have tools to secure all renewals and retention.

Ultimately this role is to support the generation of revenue from new business and renewals by providing our internal teams with tools and automation.

About the ideal candidate:                      

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in a related field Supporting Sales Teams ideally in Hospitality/Travel Business or applicable area

Technical Competencies:

Computing: Microsoft Office and other applications

Basic math skills

Preferred: Salesforce reporting/analytics experience

Preferred: Advanced Excel experience (X-LOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)

Ability to write instructions, SOP, type documents that are business process oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good understanding or strong interest in technology and business data.  Passion for hospitality and travel industry a plus.                    

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Ability to analyze objectives, considers options and plans.
