Customer Operations Specialist
JOB SCOPE:
The Customer Operations specialist is responsible for serving as the key link between our clients and internal teams through our ERP platform. Responsibilities also include ensuring a "first in class" brand experience for our customers through backend systems, and helping to drive process clarity and operational efficiency across complex supply chain partnerships. This role is focused on ERPbased communication and process development in collaboration with operations and supply chain teams.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day communication between key retail customers and internal teams through the company s ERP system (NetSuite). This role plays a critical part in supporting operational execution, resolving customer issues, and improving internal processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service across the supply chain. The Customer Operations Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in ERP systems, with the ability to navigate complex workflows and collaborate across departments. This position serves as a key point of contact for strategic retail partners, including Walmart, Sam s Club, Home Depot, Lowe s, and Amazon.
