Waters China is keen to look for a positive and energetic Customer Operation Specialist be part of the Customer operation team. The ideal candidate is a person with strong communication and presentational skills, a mind of details and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment. Act as the major contributor of improving sales revenue and efficiency .
Responsibilities Work with customers and sales team to handle customer quote and contract, timely and accurately process all quotes through continuous quotation process improvementAct as a window person to be responsible for daily interaction and quote inquires; Relied upon as an expert when working in teams and cross functionallyTrack the progress on quote completion, ensure the pricing execution applying to company strategy, financial policy, and legal & compliance.Execute contract management, including routine purchasing contract and annual agreement Ensure all processing procedures are in line with policy. Identify compliance risks in process role and good judgment of when to escalate issue.Assist project management and process optimization. Support the management team to ensure team tasks and projects with Waters’s goals, breaking them into actionable steps with clear ownership. Prepare necessary report and use a data driven approach to summarize and basic analyze. Based on data analysis and industry best practices, design optimization solutions, integrate cross-departmental resources, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement. QualificationsEducation & Experience:
