Main responsibilities:

As data approver ensure Data Request completion as responsible for validating and completing master data requests if needed and applying data governance principles. Support the development of field names, definitions, and formulasCreate and update customer master data, customer hierarchy, customer assortment, business partners and set up of master data blocks on customers.Anticipate and flexibly manage workload allocation of the team among countries by adapting to the incoming volumesParticipate actively on the regular operational calls with neighboring functions (trade, quality, distribution etc) to represent teamBuild and maintain business network that help you anticipate workload and receive first hand information that supports proactive preparation for e.g. peak periods or manage concernsInitiate and utilize cross-functional help of the wider O2C teams for complex business scenarios, drive resolution

About you

Experience:

At least 3-5 years’ experience in master data management, contract & commercial conditions management or similar (advantageous) preferably in PharmaAt least 2 years’ experience as a team lead (advantageous)Understand commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns and claims policies (essential)Experience in running services within a Business Services organization (essential)Experience in transition project (essential)

Soft skills:

Good business acumen (essential)Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (essential)Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, MDG, Condition Contract Management modules (advantageous), Salesforce (advantageous)Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)

Education:

Diploma in Economics / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration

Languages:

Excellent English written and verbalSecond European languages is a plus
