About the Team

The Customer Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving product adoption, awareness, and value realization across the UKG Ready customer base. We’re a cross-functional, collaborative group working closely with internal teams to ensure customers are informed, empowered, and supported throughout their journey. From release readiness to personalized content and campaign execution, we focus on delivering relevant, timely experiences that help customers get the most out of their solutions. With a mix of strategic insight and hands-on execution, we bring creativity, process discipline, and customer passion to everything we do.

 

About the Role

Are you a creative, customer-obsessed marketer who thrives on crafting impactful experiences? Join us as a Customer Marketing Specialist and help shape meaningful experiences for thousands of UKG Ready customers.

In this role, you’ll be the voice behind our product communications—developing content that educates, engages, and inspires adoption. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption across the UKG Ready platform. As a key member of the Customer Marketing team, you’ll collaborate across departments to bring the customer journey to life—making sure users have what they need when they need it.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute engaging, personalized content that drives product adoption. Lead release readiness communications to ensure customers are prepared for updates. Create cross-product collateral and “customer delighters” that highlight new value. Contribute compelling content for in-person and virtual customer events. Collaborate with relationship management teams to deliver content that supports retention and success.

About You

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C customer marketing, customer success, or product communications within a SaaS environment. A strong customer-centric mindset and passion for helping people succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, customer experience, or a related field. Experience with UKG Ready or workforce management solutions is a plus. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling. Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
