Customer Marketing Specialist

This role will play a key supporting role in executing CooperVision commercial strategy and plans for Korea. Reporting to Customer Marketing Manager, this role will support the implementation of CVK channel strategy   

 This role will work closely with KA team, I.O team, Sales ops and Brand mktg team to develop and execute a channel strategy that drives growth with priority customers and protects our business with core customers.  This scope includes the 1) Execution of price and promotions for all channels  2) Support in Private label development 3) Customer Experience integration 4) Customer Innovation programs

 

A key part of this role is to provide the tools and expertise to engage customers in the CooperVision plan.  This will be done by turning the category and customer insights into compelling joint business plans that drive category growth for Key accts and I.O customers    As part of the Customer marketing team, Customer Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales teams and KA team to coordinate and execute the JBP meetings for Key customers in chain and I.O that will differentiate CooperVision from competitors, excite and engage the customer and drive growth and share for CooperVision. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
