Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Oversee the Fire Service product portfolio and strategy for the EMEA region, with a strong focus on core countries such as Germany, France, and the UK. Own and implement go-to-market strategies for assigned segments and products across key geographies. Work with Sales and Channel Partners to drive revenue through customer-facing activities, innovative solutions and strong technical support. Own the local execution of the new product launch plan as it applies to the segment. Measure success of strategy implementation through KPIs and adjust implementation tactics as needed. Feed/participate in the Regional Steering Team Meetings for the specific segment. Revenue Growth & Demand Generation Develop and implement revenue growth strategies and strong demand creating activities through customer-facing marketing programs, innovative solutions, and technical enablement. Develop and implement demand generation programs tailored to target personas (e.g., firefighters), regions, and segments. Support channel enablement, upskilling, and engagement to increase market reach and effectiveness. Manage annual and special pricing process. Market Intelligence & Strategy Development Conduct ongoing market research to keep a pulse on market dynamics, competitor actions, industry trends, and customer needs in real time. Analyse market size, growth rates, and share to guide strategic planning and identify new opportunities. Provide regular insights to cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations. Content Development & Communications Collaborate with Marketing Communications (Marcom), PR, and Creative teams to develop engaging sales tools and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, web content, social media assets, trade show displays). Support brand engagement and lead generation campaigns via online/offline media, events, CSR initiatives, and thought leadership. Own associated regional product and market web pages to ensure appropriate content. Sales & Internal Enablement Deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors and value drivers. Train Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Service teams on products, solutions, and go-to-market processes. Ensure the field organization maintains deep product and application knowledge for effective customer engagement. Partner closely with Strategic Product Line Managers, Software, Pricing, OPEX, CX, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure aligned planning and execution. Support channel enablement and upskilling related to these products and solutions. Qualifications A self-starter with strong communication and influencing skills, execution discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The person should be comfortable working across functions and geographies and demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable business impact through strategic marketing initiatives. Experience required: Minimum of four (4) years of business experience in Marketing or Sales role ideally gained in B2B or HaaS/SaaS environment Experience in product portfolio management Proven ability to exhibit strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset Demonstrated ability to grasp the technical aspects of technologically advanced product lines Ability to work well cross-functionally and across different countries Solid presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills Proven ability to execute and exhibit a results-focused mindset English fluent German fluent Experience preferred: Experience in First Responder/ Fire Service industry - ideally in Germany, France or UK Experience/ability to work and understand SaaS/HaaS environment. Digital Marketing experience, promoting technical products Expertise in face-to-face and Virtual Training, Webinars, and Live Events Salesforce CRM experience and data harvesting for sorting lead generation Education required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or appropriate technical degree and relevant experience In absence of a bachelor's degree: demonstrated exposure to relevant subject matter through real life or previous work roles.
