The Customer Manager, Amazon, will lead day-to-day operational excellence, catalog integrity, and performance tracking for Perfect Snacks’ Amazon business. This role will be a critical driver of the Amazon Flywheel — ensuring product discoverability, availability, and conversion — while delivering accurate and actionable reporting to inform strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure that our Amazon presence not only runs smoothly but grows profitably.

Job Responsibilities include some of the following.

Strategy Development

Support Senior Manager to develop and execute annual and long-range plans that deliver business and customer objectives.

Oversee daily operational performance

Partner with operations and 3PL teams to resolve replenishment issues and maintain OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery targets.

Forecast inventory needs for the business and work with supply chain to plan production, delivery and in-stock rates.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues to uphold best-in-class capabilities and operational standards.

Catalog Management

Own digital shelf setup, content accuracy, and ongoing maintenance.

Develop a continuous improvement roadmap for optimization that meet retailer and customer requirements.

Launch new SKUs on Amazon, coordinating internal data, compliance requirements, and content development.

Monitor and resolve catalog suppression, duplication, or merge issues.

Digital Marketing & Capabilities:

collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch online assortment aligned with strategy and consumer needs.

Support paid media and promotional strategies, recommending and testing new opportunities based on insights.

Measure marketing and merchandising performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.  

Track category trend and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.

Reporting

Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, profitability, inventory health, and flywheel KPIs.

Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to optimize performance.

Present insights to leadership to guide promotional, operational, and assortment strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years in Amazon account management, eCommerce operations, or digital retail.

Deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, catalog management, and operational KPIs.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) preferred.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong collaboration and communication abilities across cross-functional teams.

The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
