Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Customer Loyalty Program (CLP) Specialist (full-time or part-time also available)
to join our Customer Relations Center (CRC) Team in our Budapest office.
As a Customer Loyalty Program Specialist, you will be the key contact for dealers, managing escalated CLP cases and ensuring compliance with program rules through a thorough approval process. You’ll track budget usage, maintain high-quality case responses, and contribute valuable insights to Ford’s strategic initiatives. Your role will also include coaching dealers, handling authorizations, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Have a degree in engineering or relevant technical experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.Possess solid knowledge of automotive sales and aftersales processes.Are highly skilled in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Bring experience in managing customer or technical issues.Communicate clearly and effectively, with excellent conflict resolution skills.Are fluent in English, with additional languages like Hungarian, Greek, Polish, Czech, or Romanian considered a bonus.Can work confidently with diverse, multicultural teams and communicate with senior executives.Stay resilient and disciplined while maintaining a focus on simplification and efficiency.What you’ll love about us:
