We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our Fleet Optimisation Solutions (FOS) team, supporting marine customers. FOS is a digital platform that connects ships, shore, and ports to enhance operational efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize environmental impact through AI, automation, and real-time data sharing.
This position is based in either Fort Lauderdale, FL or Melbourne, FL. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities
Ensure successful onboarding for customers. Ensure customer's smooth transition from customer delivery projects to lifecycle contracts (annual, service level, subscription based). Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales. Act as first point of contact towards customers, providing frequent updates and follow-up with customers. Coordinate between several stakeholder teams to ensure agreement's commitments gets delivered on time. Capture customer needs and offer suitable solutions through service agreements.
