Job Description: Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Customer Issue Resolution Specialist - AR to join our teams. As this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer accounts receivable, ensuring accurate timely collections, cash application, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Process customer payments and ensure accurate application to corresponding invoices. Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments. Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes. Monitor customer credit status, assess credit risk, and provide recommendations. Maintain and update customer account information. Support month-end/quarter -end/year-end financial closing activities. Prepare and provide relevant accounts receivable reports and analyses. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3~5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. Proficiency in financial software and office applications (e.g., Excel/Power BI). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail oriented and ability to handle large volumes of data and information. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
