Job Description:
The Customer Intelligence Analyst supports CRM initiatives across our Operating Companies in EMEA and is responsible for translating business stakeholder requirements & processes into IT specifications, supports launch and training and helps implementing standard work and the sustainment of CRM:
Project Management and support of new CRM features, integration and development of standard work
Handles CRM change requests, in collaboration with technical team in Jira
CRM power user management to ensure proper communication of new CRM releases within the region
Develops CRM training material and train OpCo CRM experts (Train the trainer)
Updating of SharePoint content, translations and communication
Continuous improvement of data quality through growth-related long-term initiatives
Builds reports and dashboards using CRM and Tableau
Perform and document UAT and provide approvals for new CRM releases
2nd Level support for regional CRM user roles
Manages translations process

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role has:
3+ years of experience with CRM in Sales Operations, Customer Support or IT/Analytics, preferably in the medical device industry.
Strong functional understanding of CRM, Tableau, MDM, ERP and Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
Has experience with data quality improvement initiatives
Is highly analytical and a creative problem solver
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Is fluent in English.
