The Customer Integration Supervisor is responsible for leading all Customer Integration staff while managing customer data integrations and ensuring seamless API and EDI communications.

Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop the Customer Integration team to ensure high performance and collaborationManage schedules, training, workload, payroll and performance of all direct reportsUse independent judgement to analyze, design and develop customer EDI integrations, including communication setup, map editing and business rule processesEnsure employees receive proper training incorporating new training as needed to support technical and professional growthExercise discretion to create and maintain documentation of customer/trading partner contacts, custom requirements and integration detailsServe as the primary escalation point for customer integration issues, providing guidance and resolution strategiesCollaborate with leadership to align team goals with overall company objectivesCoordinate testing of customer integrations and change requestsMonitor and correct problems related to EDI processes and configurationsProvide integration support for the Dayton Freight API, validating proper setup and use when applicableAttend team meetings as an active participant, providing input on current issues/tasks and feedback on completed itemsCreate and maintain the setup of customer “send image” processesMaintain and upgrade software and systems when appropriate Qualifications Leadership experience required (leadership of software development team preferred)5-7 years of relevant experienceB.S. in CS/MIS/Related Positive team oriented attitudeAbility to work in a team environment and independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsPassion for learning and continuous improvement Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentFast-paced work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days Options Click here to apply for this jobApplyEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
