Amazon Pickup and Return Point (PARP) is continuously growing and we are working to create a world class delivery experience for customers through alternate delivery options - lockers and pickup points. We are seeking a leader who will be responsible for the Customer Experience across our Pickup Point Types and across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will be able to deep dive into Pickup, Delivery and Return Journeys based on e.g. Customer Feedback, Support contacts or Station Roundtables. The role requires both analytical and creative skills, seeking out ways to improve customer experience and executing on those ideas. Strong interpersonal skills are also important as the position will have frequent interaction with senior leadership and a variety of stakeholders at Amazon.

- Deep dive customer insights (quantitative and qualitative) and prepare monthly insights reports to discuss across teams
- Managing the Customer /Driver Support workstream for Pickup and Returns
- Performs supporting research and analysis, and drive the product (project, processes/ deliverables) development schedule from design to release.
- Demonstrates strong ownership with a combination of practical and intellectual skills and an ability to shift, and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses and hands-on project and operations management.
- Highly analytical skills needed to interpret large data sets.
- Leads from medium to large complex, cross-functional strategic projects and opportunities.
