Customer Insight Data Analyst

Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Customer Insight Data Analyst to join our team. This role is designed for professionals with advanced analytical & BI skills with a strong background in customer research and insight analysis. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level SQL skills, experience with statistics and survey modelling techniques, and a proven track record in stakeholder management. 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: 

Extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets using advanced SQL queries.Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide deep insights into customer behaviour and trends. 

Customer Research & Insight: 

Conduct comprehensive customer research and insight analysis to identify key trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical methods and survey modelling techniques to interpret survey data and support business decisions. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making. 

Stakeholder Management: 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and align insights with business objectives. Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. 

Continuous Improvement: 

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and customer research.Identify and implement improvements in data collection and analysis processes. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree holderProficiency in SQL, including experience with complex queries and large datasets. Solid experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with survey modelling techniques using Python or R. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)                              Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
