We are looking for a Customer Information Analyst to join the PepsiCo Beverages North America team. This role is key in ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of customer master data and tax information. You will be responsible for validating data and ensuring proper follow-up on each case, directly contributing to the success of strategic business initiatives. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will help implement new processes and drive operational excellence across multiple functions. Your analytical mindset and communication skills will be essential for working with global finance teams and project leads. Your Impact As a Commercial Associate Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: Managing and tracking service requests (tickets), understanding business needs and prioritizing based on urgency and impact. Maintaining ongoing, open communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve service level agreements (SLAs). Providing timely follow-up and resolution to stakeholder requests. Identifying, documenting, and reporting customer-related issues and resolution outcomes. Supporting continuous improvement efforts by optimizing existing processes for greater efficiency. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or Data & Analytics-related fields (recent graduates up to 2 years). Experience At least 1 year of experience in Commercial, Finance, or Customer Service areas. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to analyze and integrate information from multiple sources. Familiarity with data governance practices and customer/material hierarchy structures.
