In this role you will be able to work with Customer Incentive plans, reviewing Merchanding reimbursements and rebates payments as well. **The impact you will make in this role** + Review and issue reimbursement payments of MDF requests. + Issue rebate payment. + Prepare financial accrual reports. + Point of contact with Business and Commercial Center to solve request about MDF and rebate payments. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Bachelor's degree concluded: Business Administration, Publicity, or other areas related. + Minimum two years of finance experience will be important for this role.
