**Job Summary**
The Hypercare team is specialized in qualifying customer inquiries to ensure they are all properly addressed. We are now expanding the team with a new member as an addition to the 7 current team members.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Inbound Leads:** act as the first point of contact for leads received through the website or other sources.
+ Qualify these leads and proactively hand them off to the appropriate sales person or channel, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and delivering a positive customer experience.
+ **Follow-ups:** follow up with internal teams and distributors to ensure timely responses to customers.
+ **NPS:** support initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) by creating positive experiences for all types of inbound inquiries.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Languages: English B2/C1, Spanish B2/C1; Polish B2/C1 is nice to have.
**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**
Site Based
**Key Competencies**
+ Previous experience in Customer Service/Help Desk, Telemarketing, Sales,or any previous sociable roles.
+ Determined and results oriented
