Job Summary

The Hypercare team is specialized in qualifying customer inquiries to ensure they are all properly addressed. We are now expanding the team with a new member as an addition to the 7 current team members.

 

Responsibilities

Inbound Leads: act as the first point of contact for leads received through the website or other sources. Qualify these leads and proactively hand them off to the appropriate sales person or channel, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and delivering a positive customer experience. Follow-ups: follow up with internal teams and distributors to ensure timely responses to customers. NPS: support initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) by creating positive experiences for all types of inbound inquiries.

 

Basic Qualifications

Languages: English B2/C1, Spanish B2/C1; Polish B2/C1 is nice to have.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Site Based

 

Key Competencies

Previous experience in Customer Service/Help Desk, Telemarketing, Sales, or any previous sociable roles. Determined and results oriented
