Customer Growth Marketing Leader
Zycus is looking for a dynamic Customer Marketing Leader to own and scale our global customer engagement, advocacy, and growth programs. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, amplifying success stories, and driving cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that contribute directly to revenue. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Advocacy Design and implement customer engagement programs to build loyalty and strengthen relationships. Lead customer advocacy initiatives such as reference programs, G2/Capterra reviews, and testimonials. Drive creation of customer success stories, case studies, and PR features to showcase value.2. Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Campaigns Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Plan and execute targeted customer campaigns that highlight Zycus’ full product suite.3. Milestone Celebrations (Go-Live & Go-Value) Celebrate customer achievements such as project go-lives and realized business outcomes. Create communication plans and marketing collateral that amplify these milestones.4. Customer Events & Thought Leadership Identify and manage customer participation in Zycus-hosted and third-party events. Prepare customers for speakerships, webinars, and panel discussions to increase visibility.5. Customer Referenceability Develop and manage strategies to increase the pool of referenceable customers. Maintain a structured reference library to support sales teams.6. Analytics & Reporting Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing initiatives on retention, advocacy, and revenue growth. Use engagement data and feedback to refine and optimize strategies.
