Activités principales/main activities :
Management of EP branded et unbranded contents:
• Support Customer Growth Leads in construction and follow-up of promotional and non-promotional materials, from agency brief, conception follow-up to the final validation on Promomat and diffusion on Veeva.
• Focal point for Customer Growth Leads Team, medical et regulatory
• Focal Point for content Agencies.
Management of EP Projects and Events:
• Build/update/animate the Governance of the EP Team by anticipating the meetings in the agenda, contributing to the agenda, minutes and follow-up of action points agreed.
• Coordination of the meetings (Team, Zoom, F2F) taking into account the technical constrains.
• Responsible for purchasing activities in line with Procurement SOPs applicable, including listing goods needed and ensuring proper tracking record of inventory.
• Take the lead on important EP Events, such as stand-alones, Launch symposias, symposia part of national and regional cogresses …
• Coordinate with external steakholders (communication agencies, medical agencies …) for EP projects management.
• Follow-up on Events execution through dedicated roadmaps and monitoring dashboards.
• Support Customer Growth leads for des Events launch on OneCRM ensuring that all steps are respected according to best practices (Preparation and validation of GRF & FMV ...)
• Insure KOLs and experts (speakers) contractualization for all congresses and stand-alones.
• Agile coordination of cross-GBU Events
• Clôture des évènements et projets en s’assurant que ces derniers sont menés dans le respect des procédures, et réglementation locale en vigueur (LE&BI...)
Budget monitoring :
• Update budget, issue purchase orders and track invoices for the projects assigned, track spend against budget for advertising and promotional cost centers with monthly updates to Customer growth Leads, Finance BP and EP Head to ensure proper reconciliation
• Focal point with finances A&P follow-up

v Formation / Expérience professionnelle nécessaire
• University degree: License in marketing management, Master degree in marketing services and/or business practices.
• At least 5 years experience in an administrative support role including pharma industry.
