You will be involved in the following activities

Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment Coordinators and the Customer Engagement ManagerSupport stock monitoring processesHelp interface with various departments including Quality, Medical Information, Credit, Customer Care Back Office, and Tender/Trade OfficeAssist in liaising with the Customer Service ProviderParticipate in interactions with Customer Contact Management (CCM), Order Management (OM), and Master Data Management (CMD) teams in the Budapest HubContribute to conference calls and company meetingsDevelop and maintain Excel files and PowerPoint presentations

About you

Degree in Languages or other Humanities fieldsFluent English (minimum level: B2)Good knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelKnowledge of ERP systems is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence, courtesy and a proactive attitude
