**Position Summary**
As a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading all interactions with our customers, driving value for both Nestlé and our clients. Your role will involve embedding a Customer Centricity mindset and behaviors within the organization, ensuring that we deliver innovative supply chain solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will mobilize the organization to enhance availability at the point of purchase while maintaining optimal costs, ultimately positioning Nestlé as the partner of choice for our customers.
**A day in the life of a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager**
+ Leading a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for supply chain-related inquiries and improvements.
+ Aligning and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time and in-full delivery, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and become the preferred partner for our customers.
+ Leveraging your understanding of our customers and their values to challenge the business and foster a Customer-Facing Supply Chain culture within Nestlé.
+ Analysing key customer metrics to identify gaps and track progress in value generation.
+ Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with customers, relentlessly seeking to understand their needs and requirements to offer value-creating solutions.
+ Driving the execution of the Market Service Strategy in close collaboration with the Sales organization, ensuring compliance and monitoring effectiveness.
+ Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights on performance and drive market action plans.
**What will make you successful**
+ You have 5 or more years of experience in a relevant function within Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on customer collaboration. Any additional sales experience will be considered an advantage.
+ Proven experience in project and change management, along with people management skills.
+ Strong personal leadership, team building, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
+ A professional knowledge of English, Dutch and French
+ Familiarity with SAP and Excel, along with a solid understanding of supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
