Customer Experience Specialist (Field based)
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a critical clinical resource within the Emergency Care business, providing clinical, technical product application (end-user), and educational sales support to internal teams and healthcare professionals. You will support Stryker’s U.S. Sales teams by delivering in-service education, facilitating product adoption, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the care continuum. Regular travel is required to support training, sales efforts, and customer education at healthcare sites. **What you will do:** + Provide clinical and technical product support during pre- and post-sale activities for Emergency Care products + Deliver in-service training and hands-on education to clinicians, EMS professionals, and hospital staff on product use and best practices + Collaborate with sales teams to align training programs with sales objectives and customer needs + Participate in product evaluations, demos, and conversions, supporting customer adoption and satisfaction + Troubleshoot product-related clinical inquiries and escalate technical issues when necessary + Stay current on clinical trends and emergency care protocols to effectively support and educate end users + Support new product launches and post-market activities with clinical insight and field feedback + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, training provided, and product performance in the field **What you need:** Required: + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Emergency Medicine, or related field. + Current licensure or certification: RN, Paramedic, EMT or similar clinical credential + Ability to travel up to 60% nationally to support field activities Preferred: + Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, EMS, trauma, or critical care + Strong understanding of emergency care environments: EMS, ED/ER, prehospital systems + Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills $64,600 - $89,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
