We have an opportunity for a **Senior Customer Experience Specialist** to join our **Honeywell Buildings Technologies** team in Bucharest.
+ Attending Calls
+ Processing Emails
+ Respond to monitoring and EBI alarms.
+ Monitoring system availability.
+ Service Order creation, inquiry, resolution of problems and changes.
+ Service Event Classification and Prioritization.
+ Administrative Support.
+ Processing orders, resolving customer issues and system discrepancies.
+ System and process support.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ High School Diploma, or equivalent. Min 1year experience in customer Service
+ Some dispatch experience is required, some understanding of the P3 business also a plus.
+ **Flexibility to work night or day shifts.**
+ **Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.**
